Tara Jones Elliot is a Designer and an Artist by profession. Driven by the love for her art, she wrote this series of books with sincere hope to inspiring children to explore and to dream - that they can achieve anything they set their mind to. The Abby stories are biographical. In Ms.Elliot's own words:
"When I was a little girl, I was always sent out to play outside in the garden - because it was
best for me - my Mom was ill. My father was at work and my big brother at school - so all
I had with me were are my favorite books. That is where and how I learned how to read very early -
sitting on the green lawn under the beautiful trees - then I started drawing at the same time.
It was a wonderful time for me. I did what I wanted and what I wanted was to have books
around me to enough paper to draw things."
Ms. Elliot resides in California. She designs for her marketing firm, sculpts and paints .
